The project's scope of work shall include commissioning services for the reconstruction of the Booker High School campus buildings.  On 6/15/201 (Item #48), the School Board authorized negotiations with this company.  On 1/11/2011, the Director of Construction Services and two (2) members of the Professional Services Selection Committee (PSSC) met with a representative of Affiliated Engineers, Inc. and successfully negotiated a contract.  The amount of this contract is $160,000.00.  These documents have been approved by the School Board attorney and are available for review at the Construction Services Department.  Fund for this project are available in the capital budget account.
